Using the 'Import / Export' button on the Petty Cash Log

At the top of the Petty Cash Log is a button labeled ‘Import / Export’. If you click it, you will see a drop-down menu with the following choices:

Import PC Envelope sheets

If any crew members have sent you their PC Envelope sheets, you may import them into TrueBudget. To learn how to do that, click here.

Export Blank PC Envelope sheet

You can save a blank PC Envelope sheet to your computer, for sending to your crew members. To learn how to do that, click here.

Export All PC Envelope sheets

If you’d like to export all of your PC Envelope sheets to a separate Excel file, select ‘Export all PC Envelope sheets’ from the drop-down menu.

Print All PC Envelope sheets

If you’d like to print all of your PC Envelope sheets, select ‘Print all PC Envelope sheets’ from the drop-down menu. Any existing PC Envelope sheets will then be sent to your printer.

Create PDF of All PC Envelope sheets

If you’d like to create PDF files of all your PC Envelope sheets, select ‘Create PDF of all PC Envelope sheets’ from the drop-down menu.

Export PC Log

You may choose to export your Petty Cash Log as a separate Excel file. To do so, select ‘Export PC Log’ from the drop-down menu.
