Batches help separate your transactions from other users. Batches are tied to a bank and can apply default coding to the transaction.
1) From the Left Panel, navigate to System > Batches
2) Add a new batch by clicking the blue plus icon
3) Enter the name of your new Batch
Select from the drop down each wanted item for the required fields (*) and any additional fields for the batch. Click Submit to save the batch.
4) Edit an existing batch by clicking on the Batch Name from the listing. Use the search function to Find a batch.
5) Discontinue the use of a batch by removing the blue check from the Active box on the entry screen.
Protip: Batches can be added on the fly from within the transaction by clicking the plus button next to the Batch Name
