How to switch between multiple calendars using the Recent Calendars tool

Navigating between calendars using ProCal is simple and quick.

Option 1: Click on the calendar icon on the left to open the calendar menu, then select the desired calendar

Option 2: Click the name of the current calendar and select the name of your desired calendar to switch

If you have many calendars on your calendar menu, another way to navigate between calendars is by using the recent calendar’s dropdown on the tool bar. This helps you see the calendars that you have most recently visited, opened or worked on.

You can load the calendar you want and resume building your plan or schedule. This is a very helpful feature and saves a lot of time that goes searching for calendars particularly if it is not organized within folders.
