If you have a red "Finish Start Paperwork" button on your start paperwork, it's not complete and will need to be completed. Even if you think you’ve already completed it, this red button means there’s still something left to do.
IMPORTANT: Your payment may be delayed if you don’t complete your start.
You may be seeing the red button because the acknowledgments weren't checked, the signature wasn't approved, or if your start paperwork was sent back to you from production (such as if they made a change and it needs your acknowledgment; or if they are requesting you to change or add something on your start).
Once you click that button, start from the top of your start paperwork modules where it says "Welcome (Your Name)", and click "Next" on each module to ensure everything is up to date, nothing's missing, and you've added anything production has requested. It may ask you to upload a voided check again for your direct deposit.
Once you get to "Review Forms", you may click "Next" (image above), or if you'd like to see your forms, click "Review Forms" and please wait a few seconds for a pop-up to appear, then you will click "Next" on that pop-up after reviewing your forms. The pop-up will look like this:
Please note: Your i9 information won't populate on the form until the Approver approves it. If it appears blank, that's ok!
Now you're on the acknowledgments page, check all boxes, and click "Next":
Lastly, you'll create a signature (it can be system-generated or signed on your trackpad or mouse). Once your signature is created, click "Accept Signature" (image 1 below), then finally click "Approve" (image 2 below)
