1) From the Left Panel, navigate to Reports > Cost Reporting
2) In Report Options, select the applicable report filters and click "Build Worksheet"
3) From the Worksheet, click a detail line item to turn it yellow. Go to Options in top right, check "Unlock Budget". This only needs to be done once per worksheet session.
4) This will open the ETC (Estimate to Complete), EFC (Estimated Final Cost), Budgeted and Overage columns for entry. Click into the cell to update the amount.
When updating budget, you will need to update EFC as well.
5) Click "Save"
ProTip: If you'll be doing a lot of changes to the worksheet, consider saving after you've completed a couple steps to ensure your progress is saved periodically. The worksheet will remain open for you to continue modifications.
