Please see the article on completing your start paperwork for new hires (link to article) or re-hires (link to article) on mobile before you complete a timecard.
You'll sign your start paperwork, click "Accept Signature" then "Approve." You'll then get a pop-up that says "Start Approved." Clicking "OK" will bring you right to your timecard:
You can get back to your dashboard (and to the old timecard viewer) via the 3 lines in the upper right corner of your mobile timecard.
If you're logging from your dashboard, click "Create a New Timecard" to create a new timecard.
To enter times, first select "Worked" from the drop-down in this example, we're entering worked times on Sunday 12/22/24:
Now that "Worked" is selected, you may enter times in military time. The colon will be added for you.
Here's a military time conversion chart (please note overnight times in red):
Here, I clocked in at 9 AM, took lunch from noon to 1 PM, and left for the day at 5 PM on Sunday 12/29/2024. I'll click "Save" (in the bottom left-hand corner) anytime to save my times worked throughout the week. Clicking "Save" on your TC will not lock it, so you can add your in/out times as they happen in real-time:
For Monday, I worked the same times as Sunday, so I'll select "Worked" and click "Copy from Previous Day"
If I didn't work Tuesday and Wednesday, I'll select "Not Worked" for those two days. I then worked an overnight shift on Thursday from a 5 PM start time, lunch between 10 PM and 10:30 PM, and out at 2 AM the next day. The military times will look like this for Thursday:
On Friday, I worked a half day. I will select "Half Day" from the drop-down, then enter times totaling half or less of my guaranteed hours (or expected hours if non-union). For example, if I was guaranteed 10 hours per day, I would enter 5 total hours or less (for example in at 10 AM, lunch from 11 AM-12 PM, and out for the day at 3 PM):
Lastly, on Saturday. We had a 1-hour wrap party, and I don't want to get my full 10 guaranteed hours, so I'll click "Pay Time Worked," enter the hour for the party from 10 AM to 11 AM, so I only will get paid one hour for that day:
Clicking on Additional Pay will show my additional pay such as kit rental, per diem, and mileage. Here, production gave me a $10-a-day kit rental, so since I worked 5 days, it will calculates to $50 (after I click "Calc and Continue" but do not sign.) Since I don't need a kit rental for the wrap party day, I can manually adjust the $50 to say $40 (do not include the dollar symbol):
I adjusted the kit to $40 below, and added the dollar amount of my mileage. If production pays a dollar a mile and I drove 5 miles, I'll enter 5 (for $5) in the mileage area. The mileage area is for the dollar amount production pays per mile times the number of miles you drove, not the amount of miles you drove:
If I want to upload my mileage log, like one found here: https://www.revolutiones.com/forms-useful-links, I'll click to upload timecard documents, and once uploaded, I will be able to see my document and have the opportunity to delete it via the red X under "Actions":
When your timecard is all filled out and ready to submit, click "Calc and Continue" and then "Sign" to submit your timecard for processing. Clicking "Sign" will lock your timecard for further editing:
Your timecard is now complete, and you can click the 3 lines in the upper-right corner to see your dashboard or click "Next Timecard" to start entering times for your next timecard:
