You can't do it all alone! Here's all you need to know about adding, editing or deleting collaborators.
1) Click "Collaborators" in the Inspector panel on the right
2) Click "New Collaborator"
If you've worked on calendars with others before, you can search for their name in the search box. Or invite a new user right from here.
3) Add their name and email
4) Choose their role and click on Save Collaborator
Whatever is highlighted in blue will be their role on the calendar. In the example below, the collaborator will have Manager access to the calendar.
5) To edit someone's access to the calendar, click the gear icon next to their name
6) To delete someone, click the trash can icon to the left of their name
