Marking travel days on the calendar can be helpful for the team.
It's easy to highlight a day as a travel day in ProCal. Travel is a common and necessary part of the production planning process. It is important that it's called out in the calendar for all stakeholders to see.
1) Right-click on the date of travel and select "Travel Day"
2) Check the airplane icon is in the correct place
ProCal will indicate a travel day by adding a small airplane icon in the upper right corner. Please note: even when interruptions (holidays or blackout days) are turned on, it does not interrupt the event.
Bonus Tip: A travel day itself will not block out any date nor will it change the appearance of that date. If you need to block out a date, you could use the ‘[Holiday]’ or [Dark Day] feature instead.
If only planning a trip were as easy as marking them in ProCal!
