If a timecard has status either “Waiting On Employee” or “Employee Completed”, you can edit the timecard by clicking the name of the employee or their TC's week-ending date to open it.
If the timecard status is “Sent to Payroll” or “Payroll Processed,” please reach out to your payroll coordinator so they can kick back the timecard to you for editing (if not processed or paid to the employee yet). Even if the timecard is processed and sent to the employee, contact your payroll coordinator to see the best course of action based on what you need to be changed.
You can then make any changes, and Calc & Save (and “Sign for Employee,” if you have permission to do so, to send it to your dashboard for approval and processing).
