Once a timecard is saved by the employee and you are an approver (status either “Waiting On Employee” or “Employee Completed”), you can edit the timecard by clicking the name of the employee or the week-ending date to open it.
If the timecard status is “Sent to Payroll” or “Payroll Processed,” please reach out to your payroll coordinator so they can kick back the timecard to you for editing (if not processed or paid to the employee yet). Even if the timecard is processed and sent to the employee, contact your payroll coordinator to see the best course of action based on what you need to be changed.
You can then make any changes, and Calc & Save (and “Sign for Employee,” if you have permission to do so.)
Timecards are easiest to find in the History tab (search by a wide date range to see all for example 1/1/2020 (or any year before your show existed)-1/1/2024 (a year after the current year)). With the yellow filter tab on the right, you can filter the Timecard History however you like, please note, once a filter is applied, and you make a new filter, the first filter you applied will remain, remove that filter and click “Apply” before adding a separate filter.
